Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.
2. Where do you ship?
We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.
3. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:00 PM ET are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–6 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 3–8 business days.
During peak seasons or promotions, delivery times may be longer.
4. Which carriers do you use?
We ship orders using trusted carriers such as USPS and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your shipment anytime via our Order Tracking page.
6. What should I do if my order is delayed or lost?
First, check your shipping confirmation and tracking link. If there are no updates or your package appears lost, contact us at hello@fromtoscana.com. We’ll assist you as quickly as possible.
7. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll find the best solution for you.
Returns & Refunds
8. How do I return a product?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@fromtoscana.com.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
9. Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
10. When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once completed.

11. Are your products custom-made?
No. All products are standard retail items and are not custom-made.
12. Do product images always match the actual product?
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or lighting.

13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard.
14. Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are protected using SSL encryption and secure payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
15. How do I know my payment was successful?
After a successful payment, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.
16. What should I do if my payment fails?
